Deborah’s work investigates the complexities of human nature where communication, relationships and emotions are explored; how we relate to ourselves, to others and to the world around us. The duality that we experience is also of interest to me; how we navigate the black and the white in life - living and dying, internal and external, proximity and distance, the known and the unknown.

Coming from a mixed media background, drawing, painting, collage and text are sometimes incorporated into my work.
